11:10–11:25 Today’s baseline: what’s breaking daily (schedule, cleaning, parties, comms)
11:25–12:20 Role-by-role: priorities + checklists (printables handed out)
12:20–12:40 Open roles: Olympics / World Cup / Food GM / Community CRM
12:40–12:55 “Rules & vibes” reset: signage, zones, expectations, kid empowerment
12:55–1:00 Commitments: owners + deadlines + next meeting date
